Established in the year 2001, Vitthalrao Shinde Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana Ltd. is a major Manufacturer, Exporter, Importer and Supplier of White Crystal Sugar. We are headed by the Founder & Chairman Honble Mr. Babanrao Vitthalrao Shinde who has been guiding us with his vast experience and in depth knowledge and has transformed us into an impeccable organization.

Infrastructure

We have a large and well managed infrastructure which comprises of Sugar & Refinery Factory, Co-Generation 28 MW and Distillery 30 KLPD. Our manufacturing units are spread into a large area and are equipped with the latest machinery and equipment to bring forth the finest quality of White Crystal Sugar. We possess a sturdy infrastructure that comprises entire range of advanced machinery and devices for production of quality range of sugar and ethanol. Our in-house manufacturing unit is driven by professionals from chemical industry. All the machinery used in the manufacturing process are kept under strict inspection of technocrats are not only rectify the errors but also ensure that they yield excellent output at low maintenance cost.

Being an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, we are committed to provide superior quality products. These are formulated using high grade raw materials that are procured from our authentic vendors. To ensure our client receive the best quality sugar and allied products, we adhere to strict quality control measures. Therefore, the raw material is tested several times during various steps of reaction. With the help of our sophisticated testing instruments and other equipment that are installed in our laboratory 10000 hectares land came under irrigation.

AUXILIRY/BY PRODUCT UNIT/PLANTS
Sugar factory is having  auxiliary/by product units/plants as follows.

 1) 150 KLPD Distillery, mollasess based distillery unit established at Register Address of the sugar factory with an installed capacity to produce 150,000 liters of alcohol per day manufacturing of RS, ENA, SDS, Ethanol and selling this product in maharashtra, and in all over India to industrial plant, export for foreign destination country and we are providing specially ethanol or Anhydrous alcohol to Govt. undertaking company IOCL,BPCL,HPCL for blending with petrol fuel as per blending programme and policy of Ministry of Petroleum and natural gas, Govt. of India . its commercial production started in the year of 2020-21.
2) 250 MT Sugar Refinery , said by product unit establish at Register Address of the sugar factory for manufacturing of crystal Refined sugar from Raw sugar of cane. with an installed capacity to produce 250 TPD of refined sugar  per day. Refined sugar, selling this product in maharashtra, in all over India to industrial plant like Dairy product, Soft drinks product and export for foreign destination country of European continental. We are manufacturing Refined sugar free from sulfur, trash contain and its ICUMSA is below 45. its commercial production started in the crop  season year of 2007-08.
3) Co-generation power plant, said Auxiliary Unit establish at Register Address of the sugar factory. Co-generation is combined heat and electricity in the sugar mills using bagasse. Power generation project based on Renewable Energy Sources. Initial installed Power generation capacity of Bagasse based power plant was 10.5 MW. Power generation with enhanced capacity started from 26th Jan 2008. Further enhanced capacity up 20.00 MW & Power generation started in March,2011. Then factory has expand the capacity of Co.gen plant from 28 MW to 38 MW from November,2014. Electricity generated from this plant used for captive consumption for processing of sugar, Distillery process and surplus power export to Maharashtra state electricity distribution company ltd.

Unit No.2 Karkamb:
We have purchased Unit No.2 Karkamb,Tal.Pandharpur,Dist.Solapur, 2500 TCD sugar plant alongwith 12.5 MW Co-generation project under Serfesi Act,2002 from The Solapur District Central Co.operative Bank Ltd.Solapur for Rs.125.10 Crore.  We have successfully completed last two seasons 2019-20 & 2020-21.

Future Planing

•     To enhance Sugar Plant Capacity from 11000 TCD to 15000 TCD.
•     To enhance Distillery Plant Capacity from 150 KLPD to 250 KLPD.
•     Cent percent Drip irrigation system implements in future to cane grower cane cultivation plant of the factory area operation.
